SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time:
Our products are all hand crafted, in some cases they will be made to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines:
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs, all of them will be available at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before you submit your order.
4. International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Order Delays:
In rare cases, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. If this occurs, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy as long as the product is not used or damaged. We limit a refund or replacement to 30 days. All remedies are limited to the United States and we do not provide a return-shipping label. All products must be returned to us paid by the customer to receive a full refund. But hopefully you love our passionately crafted products and have no reason to return them :)
